Lesley I was LMAO when I read your post I should have known better to have posted about the new truck without putting a couple of pics on it, I have taken some already just haven't posted them yet, I work on that tonight

Remove the airbag stickers the sooner the better!
I have used this little trick on the last 3 new vehicles I have owned and never had any problem with the removal of the stickers.. Though you worry about damage to the visor there is really little to no risk as long as you follow the directions as below.
Anyway, remove the visor and place an evenly wet (not dripping)washcloth over the sticker. Take an iron set on medium and heat the washcloth that is placed over the sticker until it begins to steam. Heat the complete wash cloth area over the sticker! Now, very slowly (Slowly!) peel off the sticker. Right away, IF any adhesive residue remains gently (gently!) rub it off with the hot, wet wash cloth. Use caution with the rubbing as to not damage the material. I then dry with a hair dryer set at low and held at a distance. After dry, wipe the visor with a dry soft cloth to get the texture all going one way. NOTE: Never place the iron directly on the sticker and be sure the complete sticker is evenly heated/steamed prior to the SLOW removal of the sticker.
Bill in NY Geeeez, looks so much better!

Hint for when you do your first oil change on that 4.7L :
I use the 2 liter plastic soda bottle and it works great. Leave cap on an empty 2 liter plastic soda bottle and then with say a razor cut about 3 inches off the bottom of the bottle. Use your filter wrench (buy the METAL cap kind that that slips over the end of the filter )and loosen up the oil filter and then slip the open end of the soda bottle up through the access whole and onto/over the oil filter. Squeeze the soda bottle and turn until the filter is loose and falls into the bottle. Lower the soda container with the filter down and out of the access whole. Can tell you filter is pretty hot so I use a pair of latex gloves on my working hand to insulate from the heat. Bill in NY

Consider one of these especially if you have a skid plate. Great to have even if you don't have a skid plate!

Should have mentioned the least expensive place to purchase the Fumoto oil drain valve is through Summit Racing. http://www.summitracing.com
(About $20) By the way for the 4.7L Dodge you need the F106N (w/Nipple): size 14mm - 1.5 - and you do NOT need the adapter.

Consider these WeatherFlectors as they are a very nice addition to your vehicle. They slip inside the window tracks and are easy to install. No double sided tape as with many other types. Anyway, they look great and are very functional.
I got mine here: http://www.macneil.com/store/prodsearch.asp?item_group_id=4

Thanks for the comments, the truck now has 248 miles on it and I think I spend more time messin with the overhead conv. group thing than I do the road, j/k. Bill in NY, thanks for the hints and ideas. There's a little construction goin on next door to my buddies house and there was a 6 inch deep maybe a foot wide rut that meets a driveway (if you can picture it), if I were to drive one of the tires down into it with my old xtreme the thing would have probably gotten stuck and I would have hat to call a tow-truck, but with the Dakota I barely noticed there was even a rut, It's awesome I can't wait till it snows. I hope you guys/gals are having as much fun with your truck as I am.
