Subject: General Mod Question IP: Logged
Message: I just bought a 2002 Dakota 4.7 2WD. I'd like to do some modifications to my truck. However, I'm not too technical when it comes to working on vehicles. I'm looking for advice as to some mods that I can do that will increase performance/looks and not break the bank. So far I'm going to start with a spray in liner and a bug shield... Thanks!

Message: The first great mod is to toss the factory muffler.. Now go to your local Muffler shop and have a FLOWMASTER muffler installed, you can still use the stock tail pipe. no need to spend money on that. great performance, and the sound is awsome, not too loud, and you cant hear it on the freeway cruise. I used a series 50.
