Subject: '04 CC Dakota Passenger Window Electric IP: Logged
Message: I've got an '04 Club Cab I've had since late
2003...so this isn't one of those previous owner
mystery problems.
A year or so ago the passenger window started to
work only intermittently with the passenger door
switch. For the past couple of months it stopped
working completely. It still works just fine with
the driver side master switch.
So far I have replaced both the passenger and the
driver side switches. (The LEDs were burnt out
anyway so I'm not miffed that didn't fix the window
issue).
Has anyone experienced this before? How did you fix
it? Before I replace the wiring harness, which is
probably where the fault is...a bad wire, just
figured I'd ask here.

Message: I am having the same problem. Window works fine if
driver puts it down but the passenger can't control
it at all. Anyone have any ideas?

Message: Same exact problem on my 2001! Looks to be a common defect somewhere. I haven't had the time to dig into it quite yet.
