Message: some random questions that i know u guys love to answer, first of im wondering why my steering is so loose, like i can turn it to the left or right a good inch or two before there is pressure (actually turning tire) and that gets annoying sometimes.
and does anyone know how much it would be to have a garage replace my torque converter? still haveing the stalling problem.
another good random question also is why do i not have springs in the front of my truck, instead i just have shocks or shock absorbers?

Message: 1) steering loose- check the flex joint(for lack of a better name) in between the steering shaft and the rack.
2) why would you need to replace your torque converter?
3) you do have springs on the front of your 4x4. they're just not coils. they're called torsion bars.

Message: for the torque concerter i have had problems with stalling when i shift it into drive or reverse sometimes especially when it is cold or wet outside doesnt do it all the time but everynow and then. stalls more in 4wheel drive then anything. so i was told on here to get my torque converter replaced, because of the selenoids.
