Message: I have a 1999 R/T w/ a hotchkis 2/3 drop and iam running 255/55/17 tires, i was wondering if the dakota would be able to handle 275/55/17's, anyone out there running this size?

Message: It looks like picking the size you want will increase your tire diameter by 7/8" (thus raising your truck 7/16") plus any tread wear from your old tires. This will probably throw off your speedometer about 3% if you dont use a superchips tuner. Of course, 3% isnt very much and is probably within acceptable error. (Don't hold me to that).
The width of the tire (while I'm sure it would look sweet as h3ll) will probably cause the most issues.
Someone out there has to be running that size, help him out!
