Does anyone know of a company that makes a high (above cab)cap/topper for the 01 quad cab? I've searched all the leading manufacturers, no deal.

when I checked for a shell for my 02 QC I don't recall seeing any where the entire shell was above the cab. I did see several that made the high rise (back is higher than front).
i have leer 100r (cab high) and at times i wish i would have gotten one of the high rise ones listed below.

spacekap (spacekap.com) makes commerical units which are taller than cab (not as easy on the eyes as the above).
Perhaps you can search for commercial truck cap and find more.
If you find one you like, call around for deals. a local leer retailer here sold me one at a great deal, they beat competitors price by around $800. This was due in part to a special they had where I got removable (front shell window comes out) sliding window and headliner for $50. So I got 3 options for $50.

astro toppers has one I believe, but you are only looking at 4-5 additional inches. Astro LED high rise is what its called I think.

I was walking out of work yesterday, and saw a QC with a ~ 6inch raised, nicely streamlined, cab high cap.
Sorry I didn't get the brand, I was laughing too much about his V6 emblem on it. Looked about like an 01 or 02.
I'll look for it today in the parking lot.

Oopps,
Saw it again today. It's a Club Cab.
Looks just like my Leer on my QC, except the back 3/4 is ~ 6 inches higher.
