Message: I have a 2000 3.9L 2-wheel drive dak sport and was wondering what the biggest tires i can fit on it without having them rub the well. i have 31x10.5x15 on the back currently, and regular 235's on the front. my friend has a set of 265's but i wasn't sure if i'd be able to get them on the front and still have clearance when i turn?
thanks :]

Message: my 2000 dakota sport package came with 265 on 15" rims all around. They hydro-plain on a wet road. But worked great on a dry road

Message: I have Toyo Open Country A/T on my 2000 four wheel drive in 31 x 10.5 x 15. If they fit on the back then they should fit on the front. If you live where it snows, I'd put about 200 pounds of sand tubes right over the rear axle in the bed. Hopefully, you have a limited-slip rear end.

Message: kj - that's possible, but not a sure thing. 2WD and 4x4 trucks can have different amounts of clearance. It's common for 2WD (with rear wheel drive) vehicles to be able to fit more rubber in the rear than the front. You're running the stock size for '00 4x4 Sport.
