Hey 2tone I also had this problem the water kept blowing headlights I took it to the dealer and they drilled a hole in the bottom of each headlight to drain them, it has worked fine for about 6 months now. Also they change the headlight from the inside of the hood , it is not easy but i saw it done.Hope this helps I now how annoying it was.

Do not put up with moisture in the headlight units. Over time, the constant moisture will promote MOLD and MILDEW inside the headlamp and it will become useless as a headlamp.

If under warantee, INSIST that your leaky headlights get replaced. If not under warantee, either pay for a replacement (new or used) or drill a small hole in the bottom of it to allow drainage. (this option IS NOT a lasting repair.)

I have NEVER known of anyone that has successfully repaired a leaky headlamp by sealing it. Start saving your $$ and combing the salvage yards.

Had condensation in l.side head light when I purchased my R/T. Took the assem. out and turned it over until the water was out, then ran a hair dryer in the bulb opening until it was vapour free, no problem since (3yrs)
Just noticed my APC clear corner on the r.side has same issue this week...
