This website has retreaded tires, they offer a 2yr. 24k warranty, the prices are unbeatable!!!
Anybody ever heard of such a thing, ever tried these. Offroad/Mud tires are going for $50 - $100 per tire and look brand new, very tempting check it out...what do you think...to risky...or worth it?

Message: retreads have been around for years. i'm pretty sure the quality has improved with all the new tech available now.

Message: I been lucky > Have not run over a chunk as yet but I have passed many big rigs with flopping rubber about to let go > That scares me > Those chunks are heavy and tossed off a tire at 70mph is going to do serious damage to a car

Message: Would you really want retreads on a steer axle? Most states they are only legal on drive axles.
