Subject: Found Clock Spring IP: Logged
Message: Ok I found a clock spring out of a '02 dakota and I was wondering if it would work in my '00.
I dont know if anythings changed but I'm assuming mine broke while I was installing my BL.
Figured $20 is better than $50 from the stealership

Message: Is there a part number on it? Do a part number lookup at DodgeParts.com. It'll show what year(s) the part fits.

Message: If your clock spring went It's probably a good idea to replace your power band while you're at it.

Message: No, it won't. I get these things(airbags and components) from salvage yards and resell them on ebay. The only year clock spring you can use for yours is from an early to late model year 2000. The 02's are good for early model year 01 to late model year 02. Sorry.
If it ain't broke, fix it til it is.
