Subject: Redline MTL or MT-90 IP: Logged
Message: I have a 1998 5spd Dakota with the ax15 transmission. Which of the two Redline oils would be best MTL or MT-90. The Book says Recommended lubricant for AX15 transmissions is Mopar(R) 75W-90, API Grade GL-3 gear lubricant, or equivalent.
MTL is 70w-80 and API gl-3 the MT-90 is 75W-90 and API gl 4
Also where can you buy this stuff does any retail store carry it?

Message: You can get it off the net way cheaper than some stores sell it and I would use the 75w90 the second numbers don't matter that much
