 Subject: superchager compatability

I'm seeing a lot of places that only offer superchargers for 5.9 Dakota's up to 2001. I have a 2003 R/T. Would there be major, if any, compatability issues between the 2001 and 2003 for a supercharger?

I beleive the computers changed after 2001. I know they did with th 4.7's anyway and not too many people have been able to "crack" them.
