Subject: Intermittent Pulsation??!? IP: Logged
Message: I have a 2000 c.c. 4x4 with only 13000 km. on it. I keep getting this intermittent vibration or pulsation in the cab when I put the brakes on. Strange thing is, is that I just replaced the rear drums, and got the front rotors resurfaced. I cannot feel it in the brake petal or the steering wheel.
So, what the heck is wrong here? Is it possible that it is the tires? They are hardly worn, no missing balance weights or flat spots. Front end seems tight.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Message: The same problem just came up with my 97. Dealer does not know they said everything looks OK.

Message: Its your warped rotors/drums more than likely. See other discussions on this topic.
