Message: my blower motor crapped out. fuses all check out, and as a matter of fact, there isnt a single fuse out in the whole truck. i checked the power dist center as well. the ac still turns on too. i actually looked under the hood and saw the pump turning when i turned it on. sooooo.... why the hell doesnt my fan work. i screwed with some plugs and sh!t but it still wont turn on. i dont think the fan is shot, cause it just stopped out of nowhere and not a gradual thing. what plug under the hood is for the fan? id like to look at that one, cause im not sure which one it is. thanks for any input.

Message: might i suggest the blower motor resistor. i think on the passenger side firewall underhood. i also suggest you get some kind of repair manual a.k.a. Haynes, Chilton ($20) or Factory Service manual(ebay). very helpful

Message: it's a big ceramic resistor with a few (3-5) wires coming out. kinda brownish/tan maybe. i'm not sure. i've got an '00 and it's in a different location.
