Subject: Antena Problem IP: Logged
Message: I purchased an autoworks universal antenea, short cell style cause my old one was wacking the garage door. Anyhow I took off my old antena and what do you know its a female starring me in the face and the kit says dodge has male stud. So I figure that I must have unscrewed the stud and it is stuck in the antena. Nope antena is a solid peice. Anyone else gone to a non-factory antena that can help me out.

Message: On my 2004 there is an antenna plug just inside the front passengers kick panel. Maybe that will help.

Message: why not do a search for truck antennaes on google
or try jc whitney
or try radio shack
it can't be that hard to find one of these
you could try shortening your current antennae or buying a spare and cutting it down, it will either work fine or not, i can't see it becoming that impaired
