Message: When it rains or gets damp my 99 Dakota will not start it smells like it is flooded. I have changed the cap, rotor. Plugs wires were changed about 2 years ago. Any help would be appreciated

Message: Aftermarket plug wires do not last nearly as long as the originals, that's the first place I would start. I would not recommend ever replacing OEM wires for preventive maintenance until they fail or replace them with original equipment (expensive).
