You can get all of those from JCWhitney.com, but they're just simple rocker switches compared to the integrated ones if they come on the truck. No idea how good their quality is. I thought about getting them all for my (ex) wife's Geo Tracker; looked to increase resale value more than their price aftermarket. You're looking at some $$ for the mirrors; rest isn't so bad.

I would suggest checking out a junkyard or something. See if you can find one that was totaled and then you can have power accessories and it will look like they came on your truck.

You can go to autoaccessory.com, they have a power mirror kit there for Daks witout them originally, but the price is a little over 300,I don't know if your willing to pay that much or not.
