Message: I was thinking of getting these horns from Camping World...true RV air horns, but at $400 I think i might see what my other options are. I don't want to get stuck with those cheap plastic high pitched horns though. I think the ones i was looking at that they had at Camping World were called Hadley horns. Iv'e never heard what the Hella ones sound like.

They have a few to choose from in there. I have one now on my CRX and it sounds like a dying goose. But I dont think that is the sound you are looking for. (I still have the stock horn on it too)

Message: FIAM makes an air horn that can be purchased for around $25 or so It come in different size horns for different sound, high medium and low. The high sounds a little euro/ricer but the other two don't sound too bad, Plus they are definatly louder then stock.

Message: My VERY FIRST upgrade to my 2000 Dak was to install air-horns. The air-horn kit includes a small compressor that gets wired to the existing horns for power.
The dual air-horns sound like a locomotive (same tones not as loud though)

Get a transport horn installed. I have one and they rule. It can blow the skirt off a fine honey and it draws so much power it dimms your dash lights to a cool gino glow. And im a big loser under cover. yo

Message: I installed a huge fog horn off an old tug boat. It will take up about a 1/4 of your bed space but holly shi.. does it ever draw attention when I hit the panic button. Being in the bed of the truck nobody can tell where it's coing from and I saw one guy spill his coffee it scared the piss out of him so bad.
I also have my reg horn as well for regular situations. You should have seen the look of horror on this lady in front of me trying to turn left illegaly when I fired it up. LOL

A jet plane taking off is 140dB
I think 120dB will give you hearing loss...
this could be fun.
