Message: I have a 98 dodge dakota that I had a new transmission put in it.My wife drove it approximately 50 miles and now it is running really rich.I had it scanned and I am getting code 171 and the O2 sensor reads 0 volts.I relaced the 02 sensor, checked for vacuum leaks,I had all the sensors checked.Still running really rich. My question is could something they did to the transmission cause this?

Message: I changed the correct 02 sensor(before the the cat) and still doing the same thing. I don't know what to think. I took it to my buddies shop. He went through and changed every sensor that could be related. The funny thing is, It didn't do this prior to the transmission work. This is the wifes truck it is bone stock. She won't let me touch it. I leave the mods for my 92
