Message: Looks good,
But 300, for a mandrel bent tube, with a K&N?
I like the 'UP to 20 HP and 20ft/lbs of torque' comment on the website. yea right
It doesn't even get rid of the air hat!
I put 2 ho cams, and an HO intake on my 4.7, for less than $300.
For 300, I'll stick with my homebrew!

Message: Yes $300 is rather high but I am just gathering ideas for making my own and it is one of the better looking mandrels I've seen. I want something that looks like it belongs there and not some dryer vent hose or the like.
If some would like to share pics of their intake setup that would be great. I really am interested in the exact placement of the filter for coolest air temp results.
Thanks.
