 Subject: Upper control arm bushings

Is it just me or is there nowhere to get the upper control arm bushings for a 00 4x4 dakota QC?

I've checked all the websites I can find and the dealership.

All I'm told is that you have to buy the entire control arm.

Does anyone know where to get them or if you can use 2wd model on the 4wd. I doubt it but I'm desperate.
