Message: Anyone know what is meant by Dodge's Passive
anti-theft device? I don't see in as an option anywhere. Is it on all Dakots trucks? My insurance Co. indicated I might be entitled to a discount and that based on "vehicle manufacturer information" they have, I would be entitled to a discount. I just can't indentify it as a option on the build sheet. Is there somewhere to find it?

Message: i have the "Magic" passive security system that the factory installed. i get an insurance discount because of it.
wave the little fob under a certain part of the dash (where the thingy is hidden), it beeps, ignition is enabled for 15 seconds or so.
when i bought the truck i signed the Magic agreement, they enabled the system, set up 2 fobs, yadda yadda.
