 Subject: Looking for a Dakota in Louisiana

I have been trying to find a 97+ 5.2 dak with a 5 speed. I found a 2001 4.7 RC which im gonna go look at this week sometime. I wanted the 5.2 because im sure I could save a lil $$. The 01 is around 11 grand. If anyone has one around Louisiana, please let me know. Thanks, Anthony

I drove mine down to Biloxi during Christmas from Tenn and only saw two all the way down. They are all over the place in East Tennessee. Look to the north for better Dakota territory.

I think Im gonna go with the 01. Im goin look at it tomorrow. My brother-in-law checked it out and he said it was perfect and had tons of power. There are plenty dakotas around here. Just dont seems to be many for sale with a v8 and a 5 speed. Lots of v8 autos. I dont want an auto.
