The washer has a mind of its own ,sometimes it works ,sometimes it dont.anyone have this problem on '03 QC w/ 4.7? oh, by the way reservour is full.

Mine didnt work after our ice storm, they had ice covering them which clogged them...then the motor warmed up and they worked again.
Other than that i have no idea...

when it gets cold out sometimes the washer fluid you buy for cheap does not have a very good resistance to freezing, so if it is cold enough to freeze water your washer fluid may also be froze, buy the good stuff.
