Not real sure what "full lift style" means, but I have a Snuglid fiberglass toneau cover and I love it.
It hinges on the front of the cover/bed and lifts and locks from the rear/tailgate.
My wife and I can have it off with NO tools in 2 minutes, it came color matched and ready to go.
