Subject: Autolite Plugs - where to buy?
IP: Logged

Message:
Does anyone know of a major auto chain or retailer that carries the Autolite spark plugs? I have checked my local AutoZone and Murray's and neither carry Autolite.

Thanks,
Scott

Pepboys, AutoZone, Walmart and I think even the sears hardware stores have them. They are pretty abundant.

Thanks for all the replies! While I was tinkering under the hood I found that my drivers engine mount bolt was just about ready to fall out. Not sure if it worked it's way out or perhaps there was never a nut on the end of it.

Out of 3 dealerships none of them cound get me in sooner than next week sometime. I ended up buying a nut for $.37, but it demonstartes how pathetic the dealerships service departments are. They could not (or would not) accomodate a 10 minute walk-in. What a joke. Considering the truck is 3 months old this really irks me!

I find Bosch is the best on my Truck, Autolite maybe cheap but they dont last long neither did Champions on my Truck but could be different. I heard Bosch has a 3-5 year warrantee might be something to check out as you can change them before the warrantee and always get replacements for free. Never buy another one ever lol
