Go to Tire Rack. There is a link in the links section of this site. They have a formula you can use to convert metric to inches.

If you are looking for new tires and you are looking for P215/75R15 tires......you might want to look at a little bigger tire...P225/70R15 thats what I did on my 94 2wd Sport. it handles alot better and isnt that much bigger..
You forgot to mention what year your truck is?
I went frow Goodyear Invectas GL's to Kelly Chargers and man...it made a big diffrence in the ride and handling of my truck...Good luck!!
