Subject: HELP! I need to get my caliper off. IP: Logged
Message: Hey, my drivers side caliper seems to have seized and i am getting a new caliper ordered in. I went to take it off today, but i cant disconnect it from the brake hose line. I unscrewed that banjo bolt and fluid started to pore out of it. How do i disconnect the caliper right off of the truck to be able to put a new one on???? Thanks!

Message: Hey, thanks, but i can get it disconnected from the rotor fine by taking those two bolts out. The part i am having difficulties with, is after doing that the brake line is the only thing holding it on to the truck. How do i disconnect it from the brake line?? The banjo bolt only seems to drain fluid out, doesnt take it off?? Im stuck at that point.
