You can do a lot better than $29K for a new R/T. That's MSRP+dealer mark up. If they won't sell for invoice or slightly over, walk away.

Dude that is what I paid before the Taxes on my 03 R/T IN CANADA!! If you convert that is less than 23 grand American. I would look a little more for someone who isn't going to give you a sore bum!!

On carsdirect.com, a fully loaded 2003 Dakota RT with MSRP of $30,960 is $25,584. So you can easily get a better price than that.
