Subject: rust waranty IP: Logged
Message: i have a 96 cc with a 318 i noticed there was rust under the door so i looked at the other door and it was rusting too i went to the dealer ship to see if it would be under waranty because i was the second owner and they said it still is so i told them i wanted it fixed when they came out and looked at it and told me that they wouldnt fix it because it wasnt compleatly rusted through it was just on the surface is this true because he kinda sounded like he didnt want to fix it and he acted like he didnt want to help me because i am just a kid please help

pour salt water , or take wiz on it to speed it up before the warrenty runs out

Message: Its true , no hole no fix. Not hard to fix , if its just surface rust. Just sand it down and there is some kind of stuff you can get to inhibit the rust. Just go to Auto Zone and tell them and they will hook you up. I did this to my Shadow about 5 years ago , and its never got any worse.
