Message: you grind/torch the rivets off it holding it into the control arm, no press needed, yes you can do this on the truck

Message: Someone needs to read the topics more carefully...
Only the upper ball joints are rivetted on. The lowers are pressed and clipped.
I simply took my truck to Big-O tires and had them do it for me. They did the labor on my truck for $90 per side. The Moog ball joints cost me about $200 after shipping & handling. Throw in a front-end allignment for $50 and it comes out to a reasonable $430 to replace all the ball joints...and they will warranty their work.
