 Subject: Seat Belt light

I have a 99 Dakota R/T. When i start my truck, all of the lights in the dash flash on and off like every car does. But i noticed my seat belt light flashes on and off also. The bad thing is the seat belt light wont turn on when i'm not wearing my seat belt, its always off. Does this happen to everyone else?

I had the same problem on my 02
Light flashed on/off over bumps when seatbelt off. It always went off when I put my belt on, but it only went on 50% of the time when i took the belt off.
The dealer replaced a "seatbelt switch" or something under warranty
