Where can I buy polyfill? Would my local stereo shops have it, or Best Buy? How much would I need for a .35 cubic foot box? Thanks.

Go to Wal-mart of a crafts store, by the material section. They sell it in pretty large bags for super cheap ($4-5), its the same stuff people use to make stuffed animals and pillows. One bag will be more then enough for your application. Just stuff it in there until its about 1/2 full and make sure you don't have any resting on the sub itself. Its O.K. to stable it down to the box as well.

Ummm... a bag of Polyfill can be had for about $3 at your local Wal-Mart.

Why bother tearing up a pillow to get it? (Unless it was a very old pillow and you were getting rid of it anyway?)
