OK, I'm looking for suggestions to finish out a system. I'm looking for "stealth" look as much as possible, so no amps mounted in footwell areas, etc. Using MB Quart Q series up front and have a JL Audio stealthbox for the rear. Plan to use the recommended Zapco AG-150 for the stealthbox(I'm still looking for a used one, btw).

What I'm looking for is a 4 channel amp suggestion as well as speakers to fill the rear. Ideally I want a cool running amp that can be mounted in the void where the rear speakers sit, so it can't be something that requires a bunch of airflow. I would assume another MB Quart for the rear, but looking for suggestions about which model since it will be for fill.

A Blaupunkt PA4100 would do the trick. It's a new class T amp that rated 4x100 rms. The class T amp uses the class D tech. with standard A/B tech. to give to an amp that will give off very little heat and is very small in size. The Blaupunkt PA series don't even have heatsinks! The case is plastic and can be removed for even tighter installs. This is why I bought one.....STEALTH! I have a 2000 Durango with the buckets up front and the center console. After removing the PA4100 case, the amp is only 9"x7.5"x2.8"!! I'm going to mount it in the center console and still will have use of the space inside of it. As for speakers.....I'm a focal man. You might not need the rear speakers because of the volume of the Quartz, and thus the PA 2-ch. amps are even smaller!
Spintech rocks!
