I hate theives!!! i had sold my MTX Thunderform sub box along with my 2 MTX 6000 subs. I put them in the bed of my Dakota (to ship them out that day) and locked my tonneau cover. I went to Best Buy that day i put them in the bed of my truck. When i was leaving Best Buy, i decided to just ship them out the day after because i didnt feel like doing it.

So the day after, i went to the post office and when i looked under my UNLOCKED tonneau cover, i noticed that they were gone! someone picked the lock and stole everything in my bed! Whoever took the stuff had taken the MTX Box, 2 MTX 6000 10's, and my damn spare tire and rim.

I am guessing that he or she took the stuff when i was in Best Buy, so i went to Best Buy a few days ago and they said they had no cameras. I went to the police dept. and they said i need proof. So now i'm screwed thanks to some dumbass bitch theif! I hate theives!!! anyone else have any stories like this????

My 1st car was stolen... never recovered, the whole thing GONE just like that! I had just come back from a day at the beach with a new girl friend and she left her clothes and bunch of other personal items in there (luckly not her purse). But I lost my wallet (major pain, plus the $$$), a pair of $200 sunglasses, my stereo system and some clothes in an overnight bag too. It sucked big time. The cops never found the car either. After 2 years they sent me a letter telling me it was removed from their "active list" unless I had any more details that might help them find the jerks that took it. Of course the insurance company gave me nothing for it because the car was so old. Then why was I paying for insurance?!? What a scam.

People that steal should have thier hands cut off, just like they do in other countries... crime in the US is out of control thanks to the lawyers getting everyone off and that fact that jails are full since we are wimps about the death penality :(

I feel for ya man... that sucks big time!

Someone tried to break into my truck over the weekend. They pried both door handles out, and tried to break them off I guess, but they didn't succeed. I have a Kenwood CD player, and I take the face off, so I guess they was trying to get that. They broke both the locks, so I had to break into the truck myself the next day. I was able to get one of the locks to work (Passenger side) but it still needs to be replaced, so now I have to unlock my truck from the pass, then walk back around. I should be getting my new door handles and locks today. Inconvienience of about $200, and then the labor, but I put an alarm on my truck the next day, so maybe that will prevent this from happening again. I got lucky this time, but on my last truck I wasn't so lucky, they busted my window, and took everything, and what they could get that night, I took out of my truck, and put it in my house, and the damn theives broke into my house a week later, and took the rest of the stereo, along with a laptop, and PS2, and some other stuff. I'm with you Matt, I HATE THIEVES. GO GET A JOB AND BUY YOUR SH!T LIKE A REAL MAN.

Man I feel for all you people that have thieves breaking into your trucks & stealing your Stereo Equipment & stuff. It happened to me when I was younger living in some apartments. But I have a house now. Anyway if I did catch someone trying to steal my stuff out of my truck you can bet they would have a .357 cap in their ass. I shoot frist & ask why later. But the way the laws are now we the people can't even protect ourselves or our property anymore. If we shoot someone we go to jail & probably get suited if the thieve lives. Some friendly advive when you catch the thieve shoot & make damn sure he;s dead. Dead men tell no tales!!

I think that the U.S. should start doing what other third world countries do. If you catch someone stealing, cut off their god damn hands!!

Well, While I hate theives, I think you would be putting yourself in jail if you shot someone for breaking into a vehicle, specially if you kill the person. Reason is, is that person is not doing any physical harm to you or your family. Don't get me wrong, I'm just thinking about how much trouble you would be putting yourself in. However I have also had my house broke into (while I was gone), and the officer told me, and showed me in the handbook, that if a person is breaking into your home, you can stop that person by ANY and ALL means necessary. An officer acually told me, to just make sure the bastard is dead, and INSIDE your home. Just a word of advice before you poppin a cap in somebody's azz for stealing a radio.

Anyway, back to my dakota, I had an alarm put on it Monday, and I replaced my bent door handles Tuesday. The son of a b*tch bent up the door around the handle too though, and chipped a bunch of paint, so I'll have to get some body work done now. I have a friend that owns a body shop, so maybe he can fix me up with one ticket that I pay, and another ticket that I give to the insurance company. Well, I GOT to get back to work now. Have a good one.

Tony
